Physical Health Guide
Introduction
It is reported that there are isolated groups of people in
the world who live
to be 120 years old or more without ever being sick and are fully
active until death. There is some scientific
research to support these reports although ages are often disputed due
to poor records from long ago and some facts seem to have been exaggerated. Check out the Hunzas, Vilcabambas, Japanese Okinawans, and Georgian Abkhasians
for examples. It is also reported that when some isolated
groups became connected to "civilization" and adopted modern
lifestyles and diets, they
began to age more rapidly and suffer from common modern illnesses like cancer, heart disease, etc.
The principals of physical health are fairly well known, so I am only
going to summarize them along with providing pointers to some good
source documents. I will also provide some unique or original
thoughts I have found.
The physical body needs air, water, food, rest, and exercise to be
healthy. These items need to be pure and high in quality to provide
good health. Any professional knows that you cannot provide high
quality work using low quality materials.

1 Cor 3:16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
1 Cor 3:17 If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.

- Calories - good or bad?
According to the Calorie Restriction Society, scientific research shows
that the more calories you eat the faster you age. What truth is in
this?

- Breathing
We need clean air to breath! If you live where air quality is not good - clean it or move!
Learn to breath right? Nuff said.
- Water
Same ideas as Air/Breath.
- Excercise
1 Tim 4:8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is
profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and
of that which is to come.
